Pixaera modules appear in your LMS, assigned through your existing workflows. Workers take training in their browser — on PC, laptop or mobile. When they finish, the completion record flows back to the LMS automatically. For workers outside your LMS, Pixaera’s access links deploy the same training with no LMS account required.

Choose your integration method

SCORM for the fastest route — no dev work, works with any LMS. Direct API integration for two-way sync (assignments in, completions out). SuccessFactors file-based integration for SAP environments with specific requirements. Pixaera recommends starting with SCORM.

Pixaera generates the package or builds the integration

For SCORM: Pixaera generates a self-contained package for each module, ready to upload. For direct API: Pixaera works from your LMS’s API documentation to build the connection. Your team provides access and credentials; Pixaera handles the integration code.

Your LMS admin uploads the modules

SCORM packages are uploaded into your LMS like any other course. They appear alongside existing training content. Workers see them in their dashboard, assigned by the same rules your LMS already uses.

Workers launch training from the LMS

A worker clicks the module in their LMS. The Pixaera simulation opens in their browser (on PC, laptop or mobile). The experience is immersive and interactive — the same quality as Pixaera standalone, running on any device with no installs.

Completions sync back automatically

When a worker finishes, the completion record flows back to the LMS — automatically via SCORM, or programmatically via the API. Your LMS stays the system of record for who’s completed what. Pixaera’s reporting captures the deeper performance data: scores, decisions, Knowledge Gaps.
