Safety Training for Life-Saving Rules | Pixaera | Pixaera

WORKER EXPERIENCE

Safety training workers actually have to think through.

Pixaera workers where they are — on any device, in any language — and walks them through realistic safety scenarios where every decision matters.

See how it works

Three ways to start training

Email invite — full platform account

An admin adds the worker to Pixaera and they receive an email with login credentials. They sign in, see their assigned modules, and start training. Full access to their dashboard, progress history, certificates, and Pixaera Badge — everything tied to their Pixaera ID.

Access link or QR code — instant contractor onboarding

A site manager or admin shares an access link or prints a QR code. The worker scans it, enters their details, and lands directly in the right group with only their assigned modules visible. No company account needed, no LMS license. They can start training on their phone within a minute of arrival.

Classroom session — walk in and participate

For facilitated sessions, workers don’t need a Pixaera account at all. They walk into the room, scan a QR code to self-register, and participate in the session. Their attendance and survey scores get captured against their name — whether they’re an employee, a contractor, or visiting for the day.

DELIVERY MODES

Four ways to take training.

Browser

Click a link and train in any browser on a laptop or desktop. Works on shared computers in training rooms, site offices, or at home. Nothing to download.

Mobile

Open a browser link or scan a QR code on any smartphone. Portrait layout, touch controls, optimised for low bandwidth. Train before a shift, between tasks, or at home.

VR

Put on a headset and step inside the scenario. Full immersion — spatial awareness, real-scale environments, pressure. Online or offline with a session credit.

Classroom

A facilitator casts the simulation to a shared screen. The crew watches, discusses, and participates together. Survey-based or live participation captures individual scores.

What it feels like inside a module

Pixaera modules aren’t videos to watch or slides to click through. Workers are placed inside realistic 3D environments — making decisions, spotting hazards, experiencing consequences.

Make decisions that matter

At every critical moment, the worker faces a choice. Follow the correct procedure or take a shortcut. Challenge an unsafe instruction or stay quiet. Each decision branches the scenario — and the consequences play out on screen. This is how muscle memory forms: not from reading about the right answer, but from experiencing what happens when you get it wrong.

Spot the hazard. Stop the work.

Pixaera modules test whether the worker can identify a hazard before it escalates. They’re placed in an environment — a scaffold, a confined space, a live electrical panel — and need to recognise what’s wrong and intervene. The platform tracks whether they spotted the hazard, how quickly they acted, and whether they chose to stop the job. This Stop Work score is reported separately from the overall knowledge score.

Interact with equipment, characters, and environments

Workers don’t just observe — they engage. They inspect PPE for defects, operate equipment, check valve positions, read permit boards, and communicate with virtual colleagues who may give incorrect instructions. Environments are tailored to look like real sites: the right PPE, the right signage, the right hazards for the industry. That recognition — “this looks like my site” — is what makes the training stick.

Train in your own language

Every module supports 40+ languages and regional accents. Workers select their language at the start and train with voiceover, on-screen text, and decision prompts in their native language. A crew in Brazil and a crew in Kazakhstan can complete the same module, make the same decisions, and be measured against the same standard.

How workers see their results

Training doesn’t end when the module finishes. Workers get a personal performance breakdown immediately after each session — and their feedback goes straight to the people running the program.

Leave feedback your HSE team will see.

After every module, workers rate the experience with a star rating and can leave written comments. Was the scenario realistic? Did it feel relevant to their job? Was anything confusing? This feedback flows directly into the Activity Report that HSE managers and training leads review — so the people designing the program hear from the people doing the work.

See exactly where you scored and whether you spotted the hazard.

The personal performance summary breaks down every decision the worker made during the scenario. They can see which answers were correct, which rules were missed, and whether they identified the hazard and chose to intervene. Each question maps to a specific life-saving action — so the worker understands not just “I got this wrong” but “this is the safety behaviour I need to practise.”

Earn your certificate.

When workers complete all required modules for their assignment, they receive a dynamic certificate with a unique validation passcode. The certificate reflects real-time status — VALID or INVALID — and updates automatically if new training is assigned or existing training expires. Supervisors and auditors can verify it instantly.

Wear your Pixaera Badge.

Every worker gets a Pixaera Badge — a printable card with their name, Pixaera ID, and a QR code linking to their digital training profile. Designed to be stitched onto PPE. Anyone on site can scan it to verify identity, completions, and certifications.

Training that workers actually remember.
