Job Summary:

As a Senior Technical Artist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest technical quality of asset production is always met


  • Work closely with the Art Director to deliver the art vision within the project requirements
  • Develop and find the best tools and methods possible for improving and facilitating the work of the artists
  • Produce documentation on tools, processes, and mobile platform constraints
  • Assure assets are of the highest technical quality
  • Drive optimization and debugging


  • Excellent knowledge of UE4
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Artist
  • Must have shipped a minimum of 2 AAA games


  • Excellent shader creation skills using UE4 Material Editor
  • Excellent knowledge of real-time modeling techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of Maya/3ds Max, Houdini, Substance Designer, Painter
  • Detailed knowledge of the technical constraints of mobile platforms and the ability to find creative solutions to work around them
  • Understands performance bottlenecks, particularly translucency overdraw and pixel shading costs
  • Experience with Perforce

  • Interest in VR and related technology
