We’re Pixaera, a gaming start-up with a mission: to power experiential learning by building immersive technology that transforms worldwide access to learning. Think Roblox for professional learning and collaboration. Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Producer to lead our Content team and to build a new, gamified world of learning
You will be responsible for:
Leading the Content development team, helping them navigate all stages of the development process
Ensuring our games meet the highest gaming standard and are delivered on time
Automating the Content pipeline, planning projects and the owning delivery of gaming Content
Enhancing relationships with internal teams such as Development, Product, and Sales, strengthening the communication between departments
Who are you?
A successful candidate will have the following skillsets and experience:
+5 yrs of experience leading and guiding multidisciplinary teams through all stages of game development
A keen eye, and understanding of what makes a great game
An empathetic leadership style, and an ability to motivate teams towards a common goal
Extensive hands-on understanding of the game development process. You’re going to have to dive in and get your hands dirty!
